• You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
  
• To start the process, email us at info@macarenabrava.com indicating your order number, reason for the exchange or return, and the product in question.
  
• It is essential that the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (including the box, pouch, and any items included in the shipment).
  
• Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.
  
• Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the corresponding exchange or refund.
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of an error attributable to Macarena Brava.
